Yoga Community SEE FLEXIFIT YOGA SITE

Service Description

This session is run by a visiting yoga practitioner. Tuesday 6.30pm and Wednesday (seated) 10am- both sessions run for one hour. There may be a small charge for the activities above to ensure we can employ professional therapy staff and hire premises. The team also visit patients at both Colchester and Waverley hospitals Events are held all year round, please see social media for updates.
