Family Support

Stroke Family Support Services

Stroke Stroke Family Support is a visiting service which provides information about stroke and its effects, as well as emotional and psychological support to stroke survivors, carers and families. As well as home visits or appointments at our office, we can offer support and information over the phone.

Having someone to talk to who understands the impact of stroke helps people to cope with the long-term effects of stroke. Stroke survivors and carers can be enabled to rebuild their confidence and be empowered to look ahead to a new future.

Please phone 01255 815905 to refer to the service at any time post stroke.
